In episode 8 of the newly acronymed TOIG, Max and I were joined by fellow colleagues Tim Nguyen and Alexander Zammit to talk about new information regarding TOjam 6. We also discuss our thoughts on the IGDA Open Mic Night, and the IGDA Gala. At the time of recording, the tickets for the Gala weren’t for sale. Lastly we talked about Sword and Sworcery for the iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad (as well as Recess.to, but due to a late recording session, you might be able to catch it today, Saturday, April 23rd).

Note: GPC #5 will be running until the end of the week, so check out some cool indie games, and Might & Magic : Clash of Heroes was released for PSN and Xbox Live (developed by local devs Capybara).

In this special episode of the TIG, we interview Tim Miller, Kevin Feraday, and Kris Johnson from “Rocket 5 Studios”, a small indie company in Toronto. We had them on the show to talk about their new game, “XS Force”, a few of their other projects, and marketing games in the AppStore. Tim also talks to us about his career in game design, including his experiences in San Fransisco.
